The service

Postmodel Social is provided by OmniMed Global B.V. (trading as Postmodel) to the businesses Postmodel works for. It publishes approved posts to social media accounts the business has connected.

Your responsibilities

• You may only connect accounts you are authorised to manage, and only approve content you hold the rights to.
• Content must follow TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Music Usage Confirmation and Branded Content Policy, and the law.
• Branded or promotional content must be marked as such when you confirm the post.

How posts are published

A post is published only after an authorised approver confirms it. TikTok decides on its own whether and when content is shown; we cannot guarantee publication or reach.

Ending the connection

You can disconnect at any time in the TikTok app or by writing to info@postmodel.ai. We may suspend publishing if content or use breaks these terms or TikTok's rules.

Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. Otherwise our liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for the contract, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for decisions or outages of TikTok or other platforms.

Law

Dutch law applies. Changes to these terms are announced on this page.
